Know Before You Go

  • The 2026 CCRSM Partners Connect will be hosted at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, 900 E. Market St., San Antonio, TX 78205. Enter by the Lila Cockrell Theatre.

  • There is no complimentary parking at the venue, but self-parking is available around the venue. Detailed maps and rates can be found on our transportation page.

    Ride Share:

    If you take a ride share, please enter your destination as the Lila Cockrell Theater. It will drop you off at the Convention Center/Lila Cockrell Theater entrance. You will see directional signage that will guide you to our event space on the River Level.

  • From Airport

    Take Highway 281 South to the East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard exit. Exit on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard and turn right on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard to Alamo Street. Turn right on Alamo to Market Street. At Market Street turn right and proceed in front of the Convention Center. Just before the stoplight at Bowie Street, the Convention Center Garage is on the left (past Marriott Riverwalk) and the Grand Hyatt Parking Garage is on the right. Enter through Lila Cockrell Theater.

    Traveling South from Dallas/Austin

    Travel IH-35 South to San Antonio. IH-35 South intersects with IH-37 South to Corpus Christi. Take IH 37 South to the East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard exit. Exit on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard and turn right on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard to Alamo Street. Turn right on Alamo to Market Street. At Market Street turn right and proceed in front of the Convention Center. Just before the stoplight at Bowie Street, the Convention Center Garage is on the left (past Marriott Riverwalk) and the Grand Hyatt Parking Garage is on the right. Enter through Lila Cockrell Theater.

    Traveling West from Houston

    Travel IH 10 West to San Antonio. IH 10 West intersects with IH 37 North toward Johnson City. Take IH 37 North to the East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard exit. Exit on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard and turn left on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard under the interstate to Alamo Street. Turn right on Alamo to Market Street. At Market Street turn right and proceed in front of the Convention Center. Just before the stoplight at Bowie Street, the Convention Center Garage is on the left (past Marriott Riverwalk) and the Grand Hyatt Parking Garage is on the right. Enter through Lila Cockrell Theater.

    Traveling North from Corpus Christi

    Travel IH 37 North toward San Antonio to the East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard exit. Exit on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard and turn left on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard under the interstate to Alamo Street. Turn right on Alamo to Market Street. At Market Street turn right and proceed in front of the Convention Center. Just before the stoplight at Bowie Street, the Convention Center Garage is on the left (past Marriott Riverwalk) and the Grand Hyatt Parking Garage is on the right. Enter through Lila Cockrell Theater.

    Traveling East from El Paso

    Travel IH 10 East toward San Antonio. IH 10 East intersects with IH 35 South toward Laredo. Take IH 35 South to the East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard exit. Exit on East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard, keep right for three-quarters of a circle and proceed under the interstate past six traffic signals to Alamo Street. Turn left on Alamo Street to Market Street. At Market Street turn right and proceed in front of the Convention Center. Just before the stoplight at Bowie Street, the Convention Center Garage is on the left (past Marriott Riverwalk) and the Grand Hyatt Parking Garage is on the right. Enter through Lila Cockrell Theater. 

  • The Partners Connect Event Portal and website is now live via PheedLoop with information on all conference sessions and speakers. We invite you to explore session topics and build your personal schedule. You will receive an emailed invitation from PheedLoop to log in using the credentials shared by email.

  • Registration tables will be situated near the escalators when you enter the River Level Lobby at the Henry B. González Convention Center. A QR code will be emailed to all registered attendees prior to the event. Please have your QR code ready to scan for event check in on both day 1 and day 2 of Partners Connect.
